Arctic
enjoy arctic islands and north pole
I was lucky to be among the pioneers who in early 1990-s paved a tourist trail to the North Pole. Our International North Pole Parachute Expeditions gradually developed into diverse activities which take place every April on the top of the globe which include skydiving, hot-air ballooning, dog-sled riding, scuba-diving, skiing the last degree like a true polar explorer, etc. I traveled to the North Pole every April in the years 1993 - 2002 via Khatanga in Taimyr Peninsula. The purpose of this page is just to give you an idea of Arctic landscapes. All images are scanned paper photos made by different 35-mm cameras.

Diana was allowed to fly our Ilyushin-18 on the way from Khatanga to Moscow. Great experience for an 11-year old kid.
